Sales Policy

1. What we sell

HAMAH Education sells access to digital educational courses. When you buy a course, your access to its materials on learn.hamaheducation.sa is granted immediately, in full, the moment your payment is confirmed. There is nothing to ship and nothing to return.

2. Try before you buy — every first chapter is free

The first chapter of every course and every subject on HAMAH is free, always. Before you pay a single riyal, you can work through a complete chapter — the same lessons, the same HAMAH Method, the same production quality as the rest of the course — and judge for yourself whether it is right for you.

Because everyone can evaluate the full quality of a course for free before purchasing, a purchase is a considered decision, not a leap of faith. For that reason, all sales are final: we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or a cooling-off period once you have paid. This holds whether or not you go on to study the course, and regardless of how much of it you access.

3. Before you buy

To make sure a course is right for you:

open the free first chapter and experience the course quality in full, at no cost;
read the course description and check its price in Saudi Riyals, shown before you reach checkout;
the exact amount to be charged is displayed on the payment page before you confirm;
if anything is still unclear, email hello@hamaheducation.sa before purchasing and we will answer.

4. The one case where we do refund

We stand behind what we deliver. The only circumstance in which we issue a refund for a completed purchase is a genuine, fundamental fault on our side — a course that is broken to the point of being unusable, not for one or two students, but affecting students broadly. If a course cannot be delivered as described because of such a fault and we cannot fix it, we will refund everyone affected.

Separately, and regardless of the above, we always return money that was never owed: if you were charged more than once for the same course, or charged an incorrect amount, we correct it. That is not a refund of a valid sale — it is returning a charge that should never have happened.

To raise either, email hello@hamaheducation.sa from the address on your account, quoting the order number on your receipt. We aim to respond within two business days. Where money is returned, it goes back through our payment provider (Moyasar) to the card used; the time it then takes to appear depends on your bank — typically about 24 hours to 3 business days for mada, and 7 to 14 business days for credit and debit cards.

5. Pricing

All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Where value added tax applies it is shown separately at checkout and on your receipt. We may change prices at any time; a change never affects a purchase already completed.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have that cannot be excluded under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and its implementing regulations, which permit a seller of digital content supplied immediately to exclude the right of withdrawal.
